What is Tetracaina Powder?
Tetracaine Hcl is a local anesthetics. Local anesthetic intensity: tetracaina>tetracaina hcl>lidocaina>lidcaina hcl> benzocaina > procaina>procaina hcl Local anesthesia is 10 times stronger than procaina, the effect can be maintained for 2 ~ 3h, with strong penetrating power.
Mainly used for surface anesthesia of the eyes, nose, throat and urinary tract. It can cause convulsions after absorption, and then it is converted to respiratory depression, and is generally not used for anesthesia such as infiltration and conduction.
